Swap Mobile launches in Singapore with adjustable plans and phone swaps
The operator uses StarHub’s network, with SIM-only plans starting at S$10 a month for 4G and S$15 for 5G.

Swap Mobile has launched in Singapore, offering customisable mobile plans and a separate device subscription that allows customers to change phones at six-month intervals. The mobile virtual network operator uses StarHub’s network and supports both physical SIMs and eSIMs.
Customers can adjust their allowances for local data, calls, text messages and roaming in Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. SIM-only subscriptions require monthly spending of at least S$10 for 4G or S$15 for 5G. Changes are permitted once a month and normally apply from the next billing cycle; customers can instead give up their remaining allowances to apply them immediately.
The plans also provide APAC roaming allowances of 10GB on 4G and 25GB on 5G, while 5G subscriptions include another 10GB for global roaming. Screen Crack Protect provides S$250 reimbursement after billing by the manufacturer’s service centre, with coverage usable once every 12 consecutive months.
Under the 24-month Device Subscription, customers can retain their handset or switch after six months without an early-termination penalty. Switching starts a fresh 24-month phone-and-data contract. Device charges begin at S$14.90 a month, excluding the required mobile plan and any applicable Protect Pro fees. The associated SIM plan is also placed under contract.
Swap Mobile says its support channels include a telephone hotline and WhatsApp, alongside its app and website. Assistance covers mobile service issues as well as tasks such as transferring data, updating software and restoring device backups.
