XLSmart has combined 96% of its network, with only certain areas still awaiting integration, director and chief regulatory officer Merza Fachys said in Surakarta on 15 October 2026. The company is now concentrating on bringing together its remaining internal business processes.

Merza said the completed network work meant those areas were operating on a single network rather than two separate ones. All IT systems supporting the network and customer services have also been brought together, he said.

The workforce has been consolidated into one organisation, with employees assigned functions and responsibilities in their respective fields, according to Merza. He contrasted that with the early stages of integration, when two organisations were still operating separately.

Merza said he expected the remaining internal processes to be integrated over the next few months. He added that most integration work had met or beaten the company's timetable, which called for everything to be completed by the end of the year.
