POCO X8s launches in Malaysia at RM1,899
The Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 handset offers two memory configurations, with temporary discounts scheduled for 10 to 12 November 2026.
Malaysia’s smartphone market has added the POCO X8s, priced at RM1,899 for the 8GB+256GB configuration and RM2,099 for 12GB+512GB. POCO said both versions would receive discounts for purchases between 10 and 12 November 2026.
During that period, the 8GB+256GB model will cost RM1,399, while the 12GB+512GB model will be RM1,699. Sales channels include POCO’s official outlets on TikTok Shop, Lazada and Shopee, alongside the Mi online store. Colour choices are White, Black and Blue.
The phone combines Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset with a battery rated at 6,330mAh. Charging specifications are 100W for fast charging and 22.5W for reverse charging of compatible devices. POCO also lists its 3D IceLoop cooling system among the hardware features.
For photography, the rear array includes an optically stabilised 50MP Light Fusion 800 main camera, an 8MP ultrawide unit and a 50MP telephoto camera providing 2.5x zoom. The front-facing camera has a 20MP sensor.
A 6.35-inch AMOLED panel provides 1.5K resolution, an adaptive refresh range of 1-120Hz and peak brightness rated at 3,500 nits. Other specifications include wet-touch support for the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, dual speakers and IP68 dust and water resistance. The aluminium-framed handset has a glass back, weighs 187g and measures 8.06mm in thickness.
