Apple’s iPhone Duo starts Vietnam sales at ₫64.99 million
Retailers reported limited initial supplies of the foldable phone, with the 256GB model and Star White finish drawing the most interest.

Apple’s foldable iPhone Duo has gone on sale in Vietnam with a starting price of ₫64.99 million, the highest entry price for an iPhone launched in the country. Major retailers reported customers arriving to collect devices, although activity was quieter than at the iPhone 18 launch on September 18.
Retailers said interest was substantial despite the price. TopZone CEO Doan Van Hieu Em said Apple had limited production globally, constraining supply. TopZone capped its first pre-order round at around 3,000 units and expected to deliver some 2,000 phones on launch day.
Di Dong Viet said its first allocation could satisfy only about 2.5 per cent of total customer interest. The 256GB version represented 72 per cent of its pre-orders, compared with 20 per cent for 512GB, five per cent for 1TB and three per cent for 2TB.
Star White drew 55 per cent of customer interest at Di Dong Viet, against 45 per cent for Night Sky. At CellphoneS, Star White accounted for 70 per cent of pre-registrations.
FPT Shop had delivered some 50 per cent of its initial inventory by midday on Friday, according to Nguyen Nhu Thanh, deputy director of its Apple product category. It expected to complete 80 per cent of deliveries that day, with outstanding orders scheduled for the weekend.
Several chains pledged to maintain official pricing. Ho Tac Thanh, CEO of 24hStore, said buyers would not be required to purchase other products or services to obtain the phone.
