Qashier launches AI management assistant for Singapore merchants
The tool is available at no extra charge through QashierHQ, with expansion to Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippines scheduled for November.

Qashier has introduced QashierGM in Singapore, giving merchants an AI assistant that can answer operational questions and make changes after approval. The company said all its Singapore merchants can access the tool without an additional charge through its QashierHQ web and mobile platform.
According to Qashier, the assistant draws on a merchant’s transaction and settlement records to answer queries about products, sales and payments. It can provide an itemised explanation when a payout falls below the sales recorded for that day.
Merchants can request price changes, add products or flag items as unavailable. Before applying an update, the assistant presents the proposed changes for the owner to confirm. Businesses with several outlets can compare performance across locations and request changes across all stores, while store managers are restricted to their own outlet.
Qashier said food and beverage businesses were the most active participants in an open beta that began in September. Questions commonly concerned sales patterns, leading products and payouts. Participants also sought ideas for festive promotions based on their popular items.
Merchants subscribing to Qashier and Enterprise plans also receive Crew, a separate workplace messaging service. Staff can tag the assistant to retrieve figures, change items or issue invoices containing payment links. Qashier said the assistant follows the requesting employee’s permissions, routes larger changes for approval and accesses only conversations in which it is tagged.
The company plans November connections to third-party services including Gmail and Google Business Profile, covering supplier correspondence, customer enquiries and Google reviews.
