Shopee Indonesia has expanded its FLEXI export programme to Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines and Brunei Darussalam, working with logistics companies Anteraja and JNE. The expansion was launched on 27 October at Shopee’s export warehouse in West Jakarta through its Jalan Global Kreasi Lokal programme.

The new destinations follow the programme’s launch for Malaysia in 2025. Shopee said FLEXI lets Indonesian sellers manage their overseas shops directly, including choosing destination markets, setting prices and deciding on promotions for each country.

Anteraja chief executive Handy Widiya said the company would provide integrated delivery services to support local businesses entering overseas markets. JNE president director Mohamad Feriadi Soeprapto said its partnership with Shopee would help local businesses extend their international reach.

Shopee and the two logistics partners also held three intensive training classes in October, attended by more than 1,500 sellers. The sessions covered marketing strategies, the characteristics of export markets and how to use FLEXI’s features.

The partners selected 10 FLEXI sellers from the training to take part in a Seller Immersion activity in Malaysia on 2–5 November 2026. Participants are due to study consumer trends, pricing and promotional strategies. Shopee has also updated the programme’s Seller Centre dashboard and Product Sync feature to help sellers manage their businesses.
