Malaysia’s MyGOV Malaysia app combines services covering driving licences, road tax, passports and government clinic appointments, Communications Minister Datuk Seri Fahmi Fadzil said in a social media video.

The platform also includes Road Transport Department (JPJ) summons checks and Sumbangan Tunai Rahmah (STR). Fahmi said bringing these services together was intended to simplify dealings with the government, rather than requiring people to access them in separate places.

Users can check unclaimed money through the app as well, he said. Further services will be added in phases.

Fahmi said an AI Chat function lets users seek information and answers about government services directly. He described the government’s aim as making its services available to the public through a single app.
