Converge ICT Solutions has launched SellerPlus alongside TikTok Shop and the Philippines’ Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). The bundle offers newly onboarded TikTok Shop merchants a 0% commission rate for their initial 90 days and includes a 200 Mbps fibre connection.

The offering targets micro, small and medium enterprises, businesses operating from home, and creators entering livestream selling and e-commerce. Its benefits include dedicated customer support, personal accident insurance from AXA, and vouchers and incentives earned through a game-like system of seller missions. TikTok Shop’s monthly Sariling Atin campaign, which promotes local brands, provides additional traffic and voucher support.

Converge said the broadband component is designed to keep livestreams running without interruption. SellerPlus also connects entrepreneurs with DTI’s AI and Scale-Up Center in Makati, offering shared workspaces, training areas and digital skills workshops. Demonstrations cover content-generation tools, customer-service bots and inventory software.

Mentoring is available through BizFriend PH, a Facebook community for merchants to share experience, collaborate and seek business advice. Its BizPro Rockstar Mentorship Program involves specialists in digital marketing, partnership law, tax compliance, business communication and business growth.
