Genie Health raises US$3 million to expand health AI platform
Nadathur Family Office led the seed round, with its principal Anand Nadathur set to join the Singapore startup’s board.

Singapore startup Genie Health has secured US$3 million in seed financing to develop its health intelligence platform and expand adoption of its consumer app and clinic software. Nadathur Family Office led the investment, joined by Temasek-backed founders’ studio Liminal and two healthcare leaders.
The company said it would use the money to strengthen the platform’s AI capabilities, bring Genie SmartCare to more clinics and add product, engineering and healthcare expertise in Singapore. Anand Nadathur, principal of Nadathur Family Office, will take a seat on its board.
Genie Health’s two products serve individuals and healthcare providers. The company says its Genie app gathers users’ health information in a Health Locker and provides personalised insights and guidance, while allowing members to retain control over their data.
For clinics, the company says Genie SmartCare uses agentic AI to communicate with patients around the clock and manage appointment and follow-up bookings. It also brings together health records over time and wearable data for care teams, with providers retaining oversight.
The startup was founded by Hari V. Krishnan, Maya Hari and Sandeep Suvarna. Krishnan previously led PropertyGuru Group as CEO and managing director. Hari formerly headed Terrascope and Twitter’s regional business, while Suvarna held marketing leadership roles at Twitch and LinkedIn.
