MKNT group companies qualify for Danantara waste-to-energy selection
ALE and RSA are each partnering with SUS Indonesia Holding Limited, but their prequalification does not amount to a project award.

Two companies within PT Remitra Global International Tbk (MKNT) have cleared prequalification for a waste-to-electricity partner selection run by PT Danantara Investment Management, according to a company disclosure. PT Adinda Losari Energi (ALE) and PT Remitra Surya Abadi (RSA) each formed a consortium with SUS Indonesia Holding Limited (SIH).
Both companies were included in the third-stage Daftar Penyedia Terseleksi (DPT), allowing them to compete to develop and operate waste-to-electricity facilities. Their inclusion does not mean either has been appointed as a partner or awarded a specific project.
MKNT subsidiary PT Radja Udang Malingping (RUM) acquired ALE and RSA on 27 October 2026. Following those acquisitions, RUM holds 99.99 per cent of each company, the disclosure said.
The third-stage DPT comprises 101 entities, including participants from the first two stages and 26 newly verified companies and consortia. Of the new entrants, 16 are consortia led by domestic businesses.
SIH is a subsidiary of Shanghai-based SUS Environment. According to company data as of 30 June 2025, SUS Environment had invested in and built 90 waste-to-energy projects with capacity approaching 120,000 tonnes of waste daily.
ALE and RSA will prepare to participate in project partner selections organised by DIM and Denera, with participation and outcomes dependent on their processes and decisions. MKNT president director Santoso Widjojo said on 2 November 2026 that the holding company plans to expand into new and renewable energy and energy conservation.
