CMC demonstrates AI tools for public administration and businesses in Hanoi
The company's CLEX platform is designed to help civil servants search legal information and carry out professional tasks, particularly at commune level.

CMC Technology Group demonstrated Vietnamese-developed AI systems covering government services, enterprise operations, surveillance and traffic monitoring in Hanoi on October 9. The showcase formed part of a national digital transformation event organised by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
Dang Tung Son, CMC’s Executive Vice President and CEO, presented CLEX as a national AI platform intended to support public services. The company said the system is designed to help civil servants, especially those working at commune level, find legal regulations and complete professional tasks.
Other demonstrations drew on CMC’s C-OpenAI ecosystem, which the company said uses 25 homegrown core technologies. Its CIVAMS system supports image management and analysis for surveillance and traffic monitoring, while CMC AI Box and CMC AI Vision offer edge AI processing.
CMC also showed C-AI Office, intended to digitise office processes, document handling and business operations, and C-AGENT, which automates interactions and supports users. Visitors could try demonstrations involving data processing, image analysis and automated workflows.
Son said CMC was committed to cooperating with government agencies on practical AI applications, with defined tasks, responsibilities, deliverables and deadlines. The event preceded National Digital Transformation Day on October 10 and included discussions on AI use by public agencies, businesses and society.
