The Boxery has expanded its in-stock inventory of large poly mailers to support bulky apparel, bedding-adjacent, and multi-item ecommerce shipments.
Lyndhurst, United States, September 23, 2026 -- LYNDHURST, NY — The Boxery, an online supplier of packaging and shipping materials, has expanded its in-stock inventory of large poly mailers to better accommodate bulky apparel, bedding-adjacent products, and multi-item ecommerce orders. The expansion adds additional sizes and quantities of oversized mailers to the company's existing shipping supplies catalog, effective immediately for customers ordering through its website. The move responds to growing demand among online sellers who ship soft goods too large or irregularly shaped for standard mailer sizes.
Ecommerce shipping volumes tied to apparel, home textiles, and multi-item bundles have continued to grow as more retail transactions move online, according to U.S. Census Bureau data showing that ecommerce sales accounted for over 15 percent of total U.S. retail sales in recent quarters. As order volumes increase, sellers of comforters, blankets, bulk clothing lots, and combined product bundles have sought packaging options that reduce material waste while still providing adequate protection during transit. Poly mailers, which are lighter than corrugated boxes, are commonly used for soft goods that don't require rigid protection.

The expanded inventory includes larger-format poly mailers designed to hold multiple garments, bedding-adjacent items such as throws and pillow covers, and bundled orders that previously required boxing. These mailers are constructed from puncture- and tear-resistant polyethylene film with self-sealing adhesive strips, and are offered in additional oversized dimensions beyond what was previously stocked. The added sizes are intended to give sellers options between standard small-parcel mailers and full corrugated boxes.
The company noted that the expanded stock is available through its existing online ordering system, with the same shipping timelines applied to other in-stock shipping supplies, including same-day dispatch for orders placed before the daily cutoff. Bulk and wholesale quantities of the larger poly mailers are available for repeat business customers with account access, consistent with how other packaging categories are sold through the platform. This update includes no changes to other product lines.
“Sellers shipping bundled apparel or bedding-adjacent items have told us that mid-sized mailers often were not large enough, so we added more oversized options to fill that gap,” said the Owner of The Boxery. “This expansion is meant to give ecommerce shippers a lighter-weight alternative to boxing for soft, non-fragile goods.”

That tension sits at the centre of 3cat’s next phase of growth. I recently presented at LEAP in Saudi Arabia, where I spent several days talking with founders, startup teams and people building businesses around emerging technology. For decades, the semiconductor industry has relied on one basic bargain: make silicon transistors smaller, and chips become faster, cheaper and more power-efficient. That bargain is getting harder to keep. As AI models grow larger and data centres consume more electricity, chipmakers are running into a materials problem. Silicon, the foundation of modern computing, can […] The post Nexstrom lands US$12M to bring 2D semiconductors to 12-inch wafers appeared first on e27.
