Sep 22, 2026

Revenue Optics strengthens its leadership team with a proven U.S. B2B growth marketing and AI leader, as the firm continues to scale across distribution, manufacturing, and private equity-backed organizations.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Sept. 22, 2026 - PRLog -- Revenue Optics, a commercial transformation firm helping industrial distributors, manufacturers and private equity-backed businesses achieve sustainable growth, today announced the appointment of Pratyusha "Prat" Patibandla as Director of Growth Marketing. Patibandla will lead Revenue Optics' growth marketing function as the firm scales its capabilities across sales transformation, pricing and revenue growth management, talent solutions, and AI-powered solutions.

Revenue Optics has grown rapidly on the strength of its market expertise and client outcomes, and the firm is now investing in the leadership needed to match that growth with a more powerful commercial engine. Patibandla's appointment comes as Revenue Optics continues to expand its work with industrial distributors and manufacturers, positioning the firm to strengthen its brand and market position as demand for its services accelerates.

Patibandla brings more than 11 years of experience working with U.S.-based high-growth companies and B2B buyers. She spent more than six years at Bollinger Innovations, joining as its first marketing hire and rising to Director of Marketing, where she helped build and scale the company's marketing function. During her tenure, she also supported the company's transition into the public markets through a NASDAQ launch and helped bring five electric vehicles to market across consumer and commercial segments.

Her broader experience spans B2B SaaS, demand generation, go-to-market strategy, brand development, and sales enablement. Patibandla also brings hands-on experience in generative AI and marketing automation, including the development of AI applications, automated workflows and customer-facing growth tools. Patibandla holds a Master of Science in Advertising from Boston University.

"We conducted an extensive search because we weren't looking for someone simply to manage marketing activity," said Ali Hasham, Founder and CEO of Revenue Optics. "We wanted a builder who understood the U.S. B2B market and could connect thought leadership, demand generation, technology and go-to-market execution directly to commercial growth. Prat brings that combination. Industrial distribution is also undergoing a significant commercial transformation. Distributors are rethinking how they cover customers, deploy sales resources, manage pricing and use AI, and we believe there is an opportunity to build a much stronger market conversation around those changes."

At Revenue Optics, Patibandla will be responsible for strengthening the firm's market presence and building an integrated growth platform connecting thought leadership, industry research, client outcomes, digital marketing, account-based marketing, product launches and AI-enabled marketing to qualified pipeline and revenue.

"Revenue Optics has developed a differentiated point of view around some of the most important commercial challenges distributors are facing," Patibandla said. "I am looking forward to turn that expertise, client experience and intellectual property into a scalable growth platform that reaches the right executives and drives real commercial impact."

Revenue Optics' continued momentum reflects the strength of its market position as it enters its next stage of growth.

TacnIQ.ai raises US$1.5M to teach machines the language of touch

For all the recent progress in artificial intelligence, most machines still struggle with something humans learn as children: touch. A worker can feel when a box is slipping, when a surface is unstable, or when a repeated movement is putting strain on the body. Robots and automated systems, by contrast, often rely heavily on cameras, […] The post TacnIQ.ai raises US$1.5M to teach machines the language of touch appeared first on e27.

Startups should learn to leave bad markets faster

Startups are constantly encouraged to expand. Enter new countries, test new segments, build distribution partnerships, hire locally and capture market share before someone else does. Much less attention is given to the opposite decision: leaving a market that looked promising but is not working. That decision is often harder than entering in the first place. Why Asia’s Physical AI boom will be decided at the camera, not the model

Robotics and rehabilitation are undergoing a profound transformation that the industry’s own measurement infrastructure has largely failed to keep pace with. For four decades the recording of movement in three dimensions has been organised around a building in a studio. Your price problem is a positioning problem wearing a discount request

Ask most founders why a deal stalled and they’ll say the same thing: “they wanted a better price.” It’s the most comfortable explanation in the room, because it points outward — at the market, at the competitor who undercut you, at a buyer who’s “just being cheap.” A common counter-argument is worth taking seriously: a […] The post Your price problem is a positioning problem wearing a discount request appeared first on e27.
