The launch comes as school-related pressures remain a significant wellbeing issue for young people across the UK. The Children’s Society’s Good Childhood Report 2025 found that 43% of surveyed 10- to 17-year-olds were very or quite worried about getting good grades at school or college, making academic achievement their most common worry about the future.
Created for children aged 5-12, the downloadable PDF bundle provides worksheets, reflection prompts, feelings activities, and routine-building tools that parents and professionals can use to encourage conversations about returning to school.
